Weld seams and applications

Laser welding is versatile and delivers strong, precise results.

Inside corner welds

Creating inside corner welds is very simple with the laser. The welding speed is very high and the result requires virtually no post-processing.

I-weld

For laser welding an I-joint, it is recommended to use a guide stop along which the welding torch can be moved. By using the guide stop, it becomes easier to achieve a high-quality result.

In the groove

Welding a folded sheet, a wall, or two folded sheets together is perfectly achievable. However, the use of filler material is required.

Outside corner welds

By choosing the right attachment for the welding torch, outside corner welds are also easy to create.

T-joint in a hollow section

For welding joints in square or round tubes, optimal preparation is essential. This ensures that the gap is not too large and remains consistent.
